General Dynamics IT recently acquired government contractor CSRA. This resulted in a significant change for the combined 20,000 employees of both companies.

To help employees cope with this change, the GDIT Culture and Engagement team brought us in to create a short video explaining the Transition Curve, a framework for understanding and managing change.

This video was designed to reach all GDIT employees and help facilitate conversations throughout the company, equipping employees and managers to better navigate change.
